Liam Swords Broker - Team Leader
Born and raised in Manotick, I grew up playing hockey for the Osgoode-Rideau Senators as well as helping out on my family's apple orchard. I continue to enjoy all that Manotick and the greater Ottawa area have to offer. As a high school student, I started my own business Green Leaf Landscaping, which I managed while completing high school and a degree in Economics at Carleton University. In 2004, I was recognized as The Young Entrepreneur of the Year by the Rideau Chamber of Commerce. This is where my love of business came from.Although some may think that it was my degree in Economics that pointed me toward the Real Estate industry, it was my interests in working with people and further involving myself in the community that led me to this exciting career. I enjoy assisting my clients through the potentially burdensome process. I strive to make the buying or selling of your home as simple as possible - it should be an exciting and memorable experience, not a chore.
Doing what you love is something that I believe in and live everyday. This is easy to see. Presently, I am recognized as being within the top 5% in Royal LePage nationally. My clientele is based almost exclusively on repeat and referral business and I enjoy meeting and working with the friends and families of clients who are referred to me.
