My name is Katie Condon, and I am so excited to join the Liam Swords team.  I was born in Ottawa, and at an early age my family moved to Nova Scotia, only to return to the Kemptville area for my high school years.  For a brief while I also lived in the Pontiac, where my parents still maintain a cottage.  I took psychology at the University of Guelph, and soon after, joined the Royal Lepage team as an Office Administrator.  I left Royal Lepage to work in the non-profit health care field, but realized that Real Estate was where my heart was.  I am currently building my first home, and coming from a very close family, am very proud to be a new aunt.  I look forward to the opportunity of helping people find their perfect home.
